Note that this is NOT an IRC help website, nor is it intended for IRC users. This website is designed for IRC client and server developers, although it does also hold important information to writers of scripts for various IRC clients. I'm not able to help you get unbanned from an IRC network, or help you write IRC scripts, or help you become an IRC operator.
